How do artistic techniques and scientific analyses apply to art history? What questions can we answer through looking beneath the surface of artworks, and in what ways is Technical Art History beneficial within the art museum?
On Monday 28th May 16:00-21:00 and Tuesday 29th May 11:00-17:00 at Kista Science City while the students of the Int. Master's Programme in Technical Art History answer these questions through an exhibition of the achievements of interdisciplinary science. Two introductory speeches will be held on Monday, one at 16:00 and one at 18:00.
